Murtha Can’t Be Sued Over Iraq Comments

Rep. John Murtha (D-Pa.) cannot be sued for his comments about a 2005 incident in Haditha, Iraq, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled Tuesday.
