The leader of all PACs was ActBlue, which raised $73.7 million. The federal account of Emily's List raised $19 million. The Service Employees Int'l Union COPE raised $17.5 million. The National Rifle Association Political Victory Committee raised $11.8 million. The American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees PEOPLE raised $8.8 million.
