Q: How often do you spot alligators in Louisiana? Have you ever eaten alligator? A: Every time I play golf back at home. Yes.
Q: On your biography it says you are an avid fisherman. What do you like to fish the most? And where? A: Redfish and speckled trout. Bayou Bienvenue or Lake Pontchartrain.
Q: If you were in any other field, what would your career be? A: A college president or collegiate baseball coach.
Q: Drink of choice? A: Praline pecan liqueur (by Sazerac Company of New Orleans) over vanilla ice cream.
