Congress has one chamber in session. On these slow news days, we try to dig a little deeper to find nice moments that tell stories. I love how Bill framed the Dome under the arm of this piece of equipment to capture the Capitol in a way that drags your eye right into the frame. Bonus points for showing the beginning of the first phase of a three-part turf-restoration project on the National Mall.
