It looks like the good Senator (Rhode Island Democrat Jack Reed) is running a little late as he dashes into the Capitol from the Senate subway for the cloture vote on the China currency bill. I love the expression on his face ó as if he is nearing the finish line and releasing one last big exhale. Itís not often you see any part of Congress move quickly, which is why I liked this photo so much.
