HOH learned Wednesday that Sen. Bob Menendez has always looked exactly the same ... like since he was just a wee tyke.
Family photos thrown up on the New Jersey Democrat’s campaign website reveal that he’s had the same face, the same smile and even the same hair pretty much since birth. There are no captions to point out just who we are looking at in the pictures, so HOH contacted Menendez’s daughter, Alicia, to help us out.
There are several tres adorable snapshots of the Senator, his sister, Caridad, and his brother, Ray.
(A quick fashion aside: The Senator’s wire-rim frames are pretty fetch in our hipster times.)
There are a lot of pictures of the three Menendez siblings with their mother, Evangelina, and their father, Mario.
Also included is Menendez’s third-grade class picture (1962-63). And we promise it looks just like his official Senate picture.
So are there any pictures of the Senator that Alicia loves but which didn’t make the cut?
“Him in his varsity bowling jacket,” she tells us. Apparently, the Senator was a pretty serious bowler in high school. The bowling legacy skipped Alicia, but her brother, Robert, also played on his high school team.
“It is only in our family where [bowling] is considered a serious sport,” she says.
