A man carries a mannequin dressed as Jesus through the CNN set at the Supreme Court, almost knocking over several lights as he tries to find a place to set up camp before the Thursday morning ruling on the health care law. The mannequin can usually be found on the House side of the Capitol, tended by Rita Warren of Fairfax, Va., known on the Hill as the Jesus Lady.
