Saad, a former adviser at the Department of Homeland Security, works out of the firm’s Washington, D.C., office to implement communications and outreach programs across the world.

Before working in the DHS Office for Intergovernmental Affairs, Saad worked for the National Network for Arab American Communities as the first civic engagement coordinator and previously spent more than three years working as a communications adviser and district director in the Michigan state House and Senate.

State Treasurer Richard Mourdock trounced longtime Indiana Sen. Dick Lugar last week in the GOP primary and now looks to hold the seat against Rep. Joe Donnelly (D).
