Roll Call photographer Bill Clark claimed three “Awards of Excellence” and a second place for the “On Capitol Hill” category in the White House News Photographers Association Eyes of History 2012 competition. One winning shot included then-CIA Director Leon Panetta, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and FBI Director Robert Mueller before the Senate Intelligence Committee.
