Charles Schumer and Hillary Rodham Clinton, Senate conservatives have begun the tedious process of scouring the chambers $280 billion farm bill for provisions they can use to lampoon the earmarking process and hopefully pull from the bill.

Who could blame hundreds of Members of Congress for joining with a colleague and breast cancer survivor, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), in co-sponsoring legislation aimed at promoting breast cancer education?
