Tim Johnson (D) back at work and planning to run for re-election, and most top-tier Republicans uninterested in running for federal office this cycle, it would appear that little change is on the horizon in South Dakota prior to at least 2010 — unless Johnson suddenly decides to retire.

Who could blame hundreds of Members of Congress for joining with a colleague and breast cancer survivor, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), in co-sponsoring legislation aimed at promoting breast cancer education?
