Beloved House barber Joe Quattrone usually fields requests about taking a little off the top. But a couple of weeks ago, a staffer from the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer gave the barber directions to “take it down,” when he ordered Quattrone to remove a calendar from the wall of his barbershop stall that was deemed too racy for buttoned-up House sensibilities.
