Boxer to Chair Ethics Until Johnson Returns

With Sen. Tim Johnson (D-S.D.) still recovering from brain surgery last month, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) this week will tap Environment and Public Works Chairwoman Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) to temporarily take the reins of the Ethics Committee, Reid said late Friday.
