Holt Expects Quick Work on Paper-Trail Legislation

Overwhelming Democratic support combined with reports of balloting glitches in Florida and elsewhere may quickly revive legislation to require a paper trail for electronic voting machines, Rep. Rush Holt (D-N.J.), the original sponsor of the legislation, said Wednesday.
