Courthouse Not Built or Funded, but Named for Frist

GOP lawmakers have tucked language into the Senate’s transportation funding bill that names a new federal courthouse being built in Nashville, Tenn., after Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R), Senate aides said, even though appropriators have not allotted any money to the project and construction has not yet begun.
