Duke Cunningham (R-Calif.) released last week by the Justice Department, federal prosecutors noted several incidents going back to 2003 in which one of Cunninghams senior aides confronted the now-disgraced ex-lawmaker about suspicious personal dealings with defense contractors, including Mitchell Wade, the former CEO of MZM Inc.
