In a striking reversal, Rep. Tom DeLay (R-Texas) has signed on to a new proposal to ban Internet gambling — a measure that both he and former GOP lobbyist Jack Abramoff opposed six years ago.

Who could blame hundreds of Members of Congress for joining with a colleague and breast cancer survivor, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), in co-sponsoring legislation aimed at promoting breast cancer education?
