Lobbyist Failed to File Disclosure Forms

Lobbyist Richard Kessler, president of the Ripon Society, has been under increasing scrutiny for the group’s involvement in sponsoring Congressional junkets. But it’s his own lobbying firm, Kessler & Associates Business Strategies, that has for months neglected a key requirement of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995.
