Another Reform Plan
Sens. Norm Coleman (R-Minn.) and Ben Nelson (D-Neb.) are the latest entrants to a long list of Members with lobbying reform proposals. Late Monday, the duo issued a statement saying they plan to drop legislation that would create an independent commission to recommend ethics and lobbying reforms.
