Caucus Affiliates Eye Lobby Reform Warily

Officials from a number of powerful nonprofit organizations that have close and long-standing ties to Members of Congress have begun to discuss seeking exemptions for their groups from proposed bans on privately funded travel, gifts and other support activities, said several sources familiar with the issue.
