Ney Could Lose Chairmanship

With the Justice Department’s growing public corruption investigation expected to ensnare dozens of lawmakers, House Republican Conference rules could punish committee chairmen caught up in the scandal by taking away their gavels, possibly beginning with Rep. Bob Ney (R-Ohio).
