While much has been written since last year’s presidential election about the need for additional election reform, the Help America Vote Act of 2002, passed by Congress with overwhelming bipartisan support, is poised to deliver further improvements in the administration of elections in 2006.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), in co-sponsoring legislation aimed at promoting breast cancer education?
