Probably the best chance America has for escaping from endless partisan warfare and for getting its big problems solved is for both parties to nominate a moderate in 2008 and have them argue over issues, not ideology.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), in co-sponsoring legislation aimed at promoting breast cancer education?
