Ethics Probes Ney, Jefferson

The House ethics committees voted Wednesday to begin investigations of Reps. Bob Ney (R-Ohio) and William Jefferson (D-La.) despite the fact that the two lawmakers are already the focus of criminal probes by the Justice Department.
