Taylor Relents on Flight 93 Funds

Reversing course in the face of pressure from his fellow House Republicans, Rep. Charles Taylor (N.C.) is expected to insert federal funding for a memorial to the passengers and crew of Flight 93 into the fiscal 2007 Interior spending bill this week.
