Hastings and Berman Try to Get Ethics Panel Moving

Reps. Doc Hastings (R-Wash.) and Howard Berman (D-Calif.), the chairman and new ranking member of the House ethics committee, have begun initial talks on how to move the panel forward after more than a year of inaction and partisan stalemate.
