McDermott Appeals Ruling

Seeking to avoid paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines and hefty legal fees, Rep. Jim McDermott (D-Wash.) filed a petition Wednesday with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia asking the full nine-member court review the long-running lawsuit filed against him by House Majority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio).
