While Senate Republican leaders huddled late Tuesday to plot strategy on the next round of controversial nominations, the Judiciary Committee raced through one of its easiest and friendliest confirmation hearings in a long while.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), in co-sponsoring legislation aimed at promoting breast cancer education?
