The new Senate campaign team assembled Tuesday by Rep. Katherine Harris (R-Fla.) isn’t likely to endear Harris to the Washington, D.C., Republican establishment: It includes Chris Ingram, a former top aide to ex-Rep. Max Burns (R-Ga.) who once threatened to sue Burns and National Republican Congressional Committee Chairman Tom Reynolds (N.Y.).
