Lobbying Bill: Back on Track?

After a three-week detour from lobbying reform, Senators will return to work on a lobbying overhaul measure this morning, with leading lawmakers saying they hope to wrap up work by the end of the day and then turn to a politically explosive rewrite of immigration laws.
