Democratic National Committee Chairman Terry McAuliffe recently named William Marshall Jr. the new director of African-American media for the committee. Marshall attended Howard University for both his undergraduate and graduate studies, receiving a bachelor’s degree in broadcast management in 1981 and a master’s degree in communication arts in 1985.
