How Can Congress Manage the Issue of Noncitizen Voting?

Instead of repairing the problem at America’s borders, there are Members of Congress who want to institute new laws for voting in federal elections. Members want American citizens to prove they are American citizens to exercise their right to vote. However, requirements are unnecessary. Already, provisions are in place preventing noncitizens from voting.
