As we approach 2008, our health care agenda boils down to three continuing, if not perpetual, questions: Who in the United States has health care, how much are we paying for it, and what are we getting for our money? In short, it’s time for Congressional leaders to again address the critical issues of expanding access to care, lowering the cost of care and improving the quality of care.
