TriCaucus Group Seeks Multicultural Workers

In November 2008, change, to use a campaign cliché, was coming to Washington. Whether Barack Obama or John McCain won the election, the nation was going to see a new administration, new Members of Congress and fresh faces at government agencies. The Congressional TriCaucus Staff Association wanted to make sure that some of those faces represented a more accurate reflection of the country’s multicultural population than had been seen in the past.
